“I have a strong belief in sharing knowledge,
experience and community over competition,
and love working with pet professionals.”

Coach Laura shares her experiences to help pet professionals learn systems and more efficient ways to grow their businesses.
OVER 16 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN THE PET PROFESSIONAL INDUSTRY
Laura Gendron, owner of Miss Behavior in Northwood, founded her dog training business in 2008. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and an Associate’s Degree in Animal Science with a concentration on Small Animal Care.
Coach Laura has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and, as a solo business owner, has spent much of her time in business not only actively training dogs and working with clients, but also learning how to grow her reach and presence through social media, video creation, website building, and many other forms of online marketing.
After many years working with clients one-on-one, it became important to Laura to create systems and resources that would serve those clients in ways that best supported their lifestyles. Listening to the needs of her clients led to the creation of a robust YouTube channel, online membership options, virtual coaching and courses, Facebook communities, and systems that could then efficiently be applied to personalized client plans.
With a strong belief in sharing knowledge, experience and community over competition, Coach Laura’s goal within the Tech Club is to share her experiences and help pet professionals learn systems and more efficient ways to grow their business.
